Morning morning!

So this morning I get up and everyone is sick! I do not need to get sick im motivated and need to keep my health up!! Im at 24 hour fitness right now about to enjoy cycle and yoga! For breakfast I had a special k protein shake and protein bar! Feeling great lets get it!!!

At the gym

I love my new mobile app for blogging it makes it more easier to post! So right now I am at the gym in the sauna. I had a major workout I have been slacking.. I turned myself into a weekend warrior lol but I am about to be consistant with my eating and working out! Ready to drop the lbs!!

Good morning!!

Good morning just had nreakfast! Blueberry yogurt and.a fiberone bar :).. Went to zumba last night and crunch time at 24hr fitness.. Gonna try to get 2 workouts in today!!
