I hate being a failure! I have been so off track this week with my diet. My days have been so blurry with my daughters first day of Pre-k and yes my mom visiting. Every time she visits she always talks about me not eating enough when I eat just fine! She constantly buys snack cakes and chips and everything Im not supposed to have. Within the week she was here she bought Lebanon bologna, butterscotch krimpets, pudding, M&M's, chips my most favorite cookie in the world White chocolate macadamia nut!!! Rice krispie treats, muffins, pop and we ate out to many times to think about! I hate that I blame it on her buying these things but it definitely does not make this easier! I need to have more self control and stay on the ball. I hardly worked out this week to add insult to injury! I don't know what it is going to take for me to stay on target but I NEED TOO!!!!!!!!
Tonight will complete this weeks nike training club until sunday. ALL CARDIO tonight so I gotta put in the work.. I am going 30 mins before to get in some weights then maybe 30 mins after! Tonight I start over no excuses!

I have lost a total of 90 obs so far! I know it as been a while since my last post but i have been working so hard! I am now weighing in at 207 :) I have been taking Nike Training for a while and within the past month or more i have been taking 5 nike training classes a week! I take one with Pierre on monday and sunday wed and thursday I take it with Josh. He is AMAZING! He pushes and motivates you to the point where you are about to fall out! I love his class! But anywho, Im getting closer and closer to my goal and I am never giving up!!!

Hard work really has been paying off! I am at the lowest I have ever been since 2002! I am trying to get in at least 2 hours of intense workouts a day sometimes maybe even more. Nike training has been my major motivator and lb shredder.. I know I can't give up Im closer than I know it and I have more strength than I know!

I know i have been fumbly with checking in but i am finally on spring break! So far I have worked out two days in a row! Im trying to make my spring break a huge leap week. I have been using my calorie counter on everydayhealth.com and it has been helping A LOT! I only need to lose 90 more lbs until i am at my goal weight!!! I know I can do it!

I am going to finally take some new photos of myself! I have been slacking very very much with the gym, I have had so much going on, but now I am back on track! yesterday I took a kiIckboxing class that jump started my engine! I loved it! It was one of the best classes I have ever taken!
