Good evening!

So tonight for dinner I made baked lemmon pepper chicken breast tenderloins and placed it on a bed of fresh spinach added a little cheese and croutons! I enjoyed a good workout at the gym!

breakfast: 1 cup of blueberry yogurt
Lunch: chicken strip and 5-6 fries
Snacks: turkey, fiber one bar
Dinner:  lemon pepper chicken breast salad
