I know its been a while since posting thats because i have been sooo busy school just started and my husband has a new shift so the gym has kinda been outta the picture for 2 weeks now.. however i still run at night outside and i play Dance Dance Revolution to help with the working out.. I fumbled a lot within these past two weeks as well.. But i am trying even harder now to stay focused by writing everything down in a food journal.. Im still on track with my monthly goals and after this month i  (meeting my goal) i will be under my high school weight! Can you say Motivation!
